Delta promotes its energy-savings solutions at Matelec Industry 2016 in Spain

Delta demonstrated its smart and energy-efficient Industrial Automation, Telecom Power, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and EV Charging Solutions to its customers at the prestigious industrial tradeshow Matelec Industry 2016 in Madrid, Spain during the last week of October. It was the 1st time that Delta showcased a comprehensive portfolio of solutions at a single event in the Iberian Peninsula.

One of the most eye-catching and popular solutions of Delta’s exhibition portfolio was its UPS systems, which offer extensive versatility with both modular and mono-block product options as well as superior qualities such as up to 96% AC-AC efficiency and leading power density. Throughout the 4-day show, actual and potential Spanish customers and channel partners praised Delta’s UPSs as having one of the best cost-performance ratios in the local Iberian marketplace. They underscored the need for this type of eco-friendly backup power technology to help turn their mission critical applications into highly competitive green operations.

Delta's booth also included innovative systems for smart manufacturing such as SCARA robot arms, the Integrated Factory Control Platform and the Industrial Internet & Cloud Solution, all highly regarded by customers investing for higher productivity in their factories and industrial processes. In addition, Delta's Telecom Power Solutions featured industry-leading energy efficiency of up to 97.5% and compatibility with renewable energy sources.

Delta also held a press roundtable conference during Matelec Industry 2016, led by Mr. Jose Manuel Roldan, General Manager of Delta in Spain. At the event, a dozen or more Spanish journalists gained a deeper understanding of the company's commitment to higher energy savings, environmental protection, sustainability and its growing solutions portfolio for their country. Mr. Fernando Recuero, Business Development Manager for MCIS at Delta Spain, participated as speaker in the press conference and highlighted the value-added features and growth strategy for Delta’s UPS portfolio in Iberia.
